Be at Peace with your Body Session
Does your image of your body feel like judgement? Does your mind say words about your body that you would NEVER say to another person? But you hear it? And believe it?
Are you so tired of the endless self talk?
You weren’t born thinking this. What would it be like to be free again to love our bodies?
You are invited to rest and receive during an online guided meditation with Stacy Rake.
Have pillows and a blanket on hand if you’d like, and have something to write down your thoughts and feelings.
This will be a gentle, personal journey to help you remember your magnificence.
The guided meditation will be from 6 to 6:30pm, but please hop in at 5:30pm for love and support chat, Q&A If you’d like. These brief sessions set aside time for you to create more loving kindness to yourself, to still the chatter, let go of inherited beliefs and remember your fabulousness.
